Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Standard delivery across the EU typically takes 3-7 business days.
Is it possible to modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?+
You can change or cancel your order within 2 hours. If already dispatched, please refuse delivery or return the items upon arrival.
What is your return policy, and how can I start a return for my order?+
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our support team.
Do you ship internationally outside the EU, and are there any delivery restrictions?+

We do not offer fixed trade discounts; however, we provide personalized quotes for each order based on its total value and volume.
Can you provide VAT-exempt invoices? +
For EU companies with a valid VIES VAT number, we provide intra-community invoices with 0% VAT. Contact us before ordering.
Do you handle custom sourcing? +
We only sell our existing assortment, but we can contact manufacturers to request a custom production specifically for your project.
What are the payment terms and methods available for B2B clients?+
We offer bank transfers and pro-forma invoices. Processing begins the day after we receive 100% prepayment.
